  Suffering ,why is God slow to act?

  in the 1300s the bubonic plague killed 25 million people, a third of europe's population.so why did jehovah only put jesus on battle readiness at the start of the 20th century?

  you would think that god didn't care about his creation , the human race.

  the nerve of you all! to mock God is not smart. do you know who you are dealing with? evidently not or you would not say the things you say. you talk about being loving and kind you dont have a clue of what that means.

  Big mouth you talk about animals, last time i checked humans are more intelligent than animals,so therefore if you have pets i would think you would want to care for them, if you are referring to God's destruction of humans and animals who was responsible for that? you were! and people like you that hear the good news and want to mock it like you are better than God. how many of your children have you sacraficed for the world lately? If humans would listen to God they would avoid being destroyed nomoreguilt. its that simple. but i guess you are better than God so you dont have to listen to him, you created yourselves.

  this attitude you guys have is nothing new. it is talked about in the Bible old and new testament. if you continue to sin and turn your backs on God you will get the same treatment the others have gotten down through the centuries

  God is not dead and soon you will see how alive he is...hope its not too late. repent,repent ,repent....whatever has happened to you in the past dont blame God. ask yourself how are you responsible for the situations you go through. ask yourself do you obey God's word.

  when i was a teenager, i was told by an elder that because i smiled a lot and was known for my good sense of humor, that i should come across as "more serious".

  so before i was appointed a ms, while in my late teens, i transformed myself into a much more "serious" brother.. were you ever told that you needed to work on something that you knew was stoopid?.

  If God let that happen to me, then I wouldn't make that mistake twice. If He wants me to do something in
  order to appease his ego, HE will have to personally deliver the instructions so that I don't get caught up in
  another misleading religion. Until then, I have done everything I can to be a good person and improve myself
  and get a grasp of knowledge of what this "God" might be like.

  What is required? Depends on who you ask.

  I had that same experience. I asked God to lead me and i was led to the jw...when i found out they were fake i was angry with a lot of people and then i started questioning God. I couldn't understand why he would lead me to false prophets. my family and friends tried to warn me several times but i thiought they didnt know anything about the Bible so i shunned them. My dad was born and raised in the church..his father, and two brothers were pastors, his other brother a deacon, his mom organist, 83 years old still plays for 3 different churches drives herself. but i thought they didnt know anything about the bible. yeah they told me the jw had their own bible. i told them it was just another translation. I didnt examine anything closely. i just let the brothers tell me what to do. i was lazy. if the bros said it, its ok i thought.i was brainwashed in the most subtle way.

  I believe God allowed me to go there for a reason. I am now able to tell the truth to these people even though they do not listen. they just need some time like i did.

  So onthewayout look at it like that.

  I havent attended the meetings in a long time. I guess I have a little laziness in me. Im the type that has to be on the move and entertained. I get bored easily so sad to but that probably one of the main reasons I dont attend. I must say that this was one of my reasons for not attending also, until i started really questioning myself as to how i thought this was the truth but could not fully commit myself to it...then it hit me ...this is not the truth thats why i missed so many meetings...i felt a little guilty but not guilty enough to get up and go the next time. I go to church now and i missed one weds fusion(thats what we call our get together on weds) and im still mad, 2 weds ago. i found out they had communion and i missed it! I already missed 17 yrs of communion and dont need to miss anymore!

  the latest wt issue has on its front page the question 'what does creation reveal about god'?

  the articles contain 'evidence' that it's possible to learn more about god's invisible qualities by observing his visible creation, thereby refuting the agnostic argument 'seeing is believing'.

  by the way, that's what biologists have been doing for the last couple of centuries but it hasn't brought them closer to theism.

  hi...my name is marius.i'm from romania,and i am one of the real jehovahs'witness.but i have one big problem....here in my city,peoples don't accept peoples of an another faith.my disadvantage is that i live in a small village with no others like me,and from a lot of time i'm persecutated by them...because i am different.and i want to live with others like me.i've tried to bring them on the good side of faith but no response.....i just want to live normally and immigrate somewhere else.if someone can help me...please don't hesitate.i'm so helpless.thanks and excuse my english.

  i agree with the others you need to research you religion and find out more about it. i am convinced that if you really want to know the truth, which is Jesus Christ not the wts you will dig deep into the history of your religion. you will find out that the wts is worshiped as an idol and they sacrafice themselves to the wts by refusing blood transfusions and have allowed 1000s of people to die. They are also false prophets that have predicted the end of the world many times. I could go on and on but you must research this and find it out for yourself. everyone here knows these things and now you have the privilege to find out this life changing information. if you want to be a christian then by all means please do so but know this that the jw are not christians for they do not believe as all other christians do.

  Is this weird behaviour for a Granny?

  i know a couple of you jwd'ers are grandparents and even if you aren't - i would still like an opinion - is this odd behaviour?.

  my little boy is in grade 00 at a local school and next week tthursday morning, they are having a concert for the grandparents.

  when i told my mom in law, she immediately pencilled it into her diary and confirmed that she would attend.

  this is probably the least opposition jw's have ever faced in their history.
